Service was 5/5 Hygiene was questionable The scalp spa service was actually really relaxing and decadent. We got foot massages afterwards and the pressure was great. The hygiene part was the concerning part. I don’t know that the combs and brushes used are new or put through disinfectant (we saw other peoples hair on the brushes). My massage person also had cigarette smell still on their hands which was unpleasant while getting a service done in my hair. I wouldn’t call the hair styling a “blow out” they brush through your hair and make it semi dry with the blow dryer. I’d just opt to skip it next time.

I’d highly recommend skipping this place and checking out one of the better massage spots nearby. The experience was off-putting from the start. Walking in, you're greeted by the stale smell of old cigarette smoke, and the overall cleanliness did not inspire confidence. The sheets on my massage table had questionable stains and stray hairs, and the face cradle pillow smelled like it hadn't been washed in ages. To make matters worse, the opening on the face cradle was so small that I felt like I was nearly hyperventilating the entire time. I had my massage with the older gentleman, and my experience mirrored some of the other negative reviews. He spent most of the session repeatedly rubbing the same few spots with incredibly light pressure. He also kept stopping working to chat with other customers and spent a good portion of the session coughing and burping. Towards the end of the massage he applied lotion to my face, hair, shoulders, and arms, and ended up rubbing some into my eye, which was not very therapeutic. Despite all this, I left an 11% tip, only to be openly pressured into increasing it to 22%. Guilt-tripping customers for a larger tip after such an underwhelming experience is a bold strategy... Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. Relaxing Station across the street has been consistently better in my experience. It's much cleaner, the staff is friendly, the amenities are nicer, and it's the exact same price (or even cheaper if you buy a 6-pack!).

Stopped by to get a foot massage on a whim, it was the best impromptu experience I’ve had maybe ever. Super relaxing environment, extremely kind and professional staff, with incredible massages. We were taken care of promptly, prices are very fair. Will 100% be going back! I recommend to everyone in the area.

I usually don’t write review but my experience this time was so bad that I have to. I’ve been here about 6 times and it has been great in this past but this time I had the grandpa as the masseuse and he did not know what he was doing. He just kept massaging the same spots over and over and his massaging was not effective at all. I get that this is not a professional massage place but other masseuses were way better than him. On top of that, he was coughing and burping throughout the massage. And at one point he was touching cash and continued massaging without washing his hand. When different customers came in he stopped several times to take care of them. Overall, bad experience and I will not be coming back.

Can’t recommend their scalp spa enough. I came in with a massive headache after an exhausting work week and noticed they were offering a new hair/scalp spa service. Figured I’d give it a try — best impulse decision. An auntie took care of me. It started with a scalp cleansing using Chinese herbs (I didn’t like the smell), followed by a thorough massage of my temples, scalp, neck, and shoulders. Then came shampooing… conditioner… and then a steamer set over my hair while the conditioner soaked in. After everything was rinsed out, they blow-dried my hair. Is this a high end spa with all the bells and whistle? No. But my headache was gone, my hair felt clean and smooth, and I walked out genuinely relaxed. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to unwind, this is it. They’re still working out a few kinks, so come with patience — it’s run by a family, and I’m happy to support them. I paid $68 plus tip for an hour of scalp massage plus 15 min of blow dry. (If you pay with cash/venmo you save on $2 credit card surcharge)
